How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days across the continental US, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do your tea mixes contain caffeine?
Yes, our Loaded Teas contain caffeine derived from natural green and black tea extracts. Most servings contain approximately 160mg to 200mg of caffeine, similar to a premium cup of coffee.
What is your return policy on food products?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea kits. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
